hi! Self love is one of the hardest things to do. your own idea/perspective of your body can get so horribly distorted especially with all the pictures of perfect people we see everywhere. I’m not gonna say you’re not fat, I don’t know how you look, I don’t want to comfort you by lying. What I will say is that fat is just something most humans have on them, it doesn’t make them who they are! You might have fat but you’re not fat, it doesn’t define u. you’re a unique, beautiful person and I truly mean that. Sorry for going off and being so fake deep and I know, that maybe not much I say will help but know that I love u and ur friends love u and ur family love u and everyone that matters don’t care if u have fat or not.
